Rockets in town
posted: at 7:04 PM

Tonight we're on national television (TNT) as the Trail Blazers host the Houston Rockets.

The Rockets, without All-Star center Yao Ming, have been one of the NBA's hottest teams during the second half of the season.

The Trail Blazers will be without Brandon Roy for the fourth straight game. Roy has been sidelined with a groin injury. The Trail Blazers are 0-3 in this stretch without Roy and will look to get a win on their home court after a tough loss in Los Angeles last night.

Travis Outlaw has started at small forward the last two games and has performed like he had started the entire season. Outlaw has 49 points in the two games, leading the Trail Blazers in scoring.

The Trail Blazers face a tough test in this Rockets team. Tracy McGrady is one of the league's most talented offensive players and is surrounded by quality role players in Shane Battier, Luis Scola, Rafer Alston and Carl Landry.

Let's see if the Trail Blazers can win this game and stay above .500 on the season...
