Again, Brandon Roy was hit with a questionable foul call. After losing his man on a beautiful cross-over, refs felt so bad for the defender, who nearly fell over, that they called an offensive foul on Roy.

The ball never lies, though, and the Raptors almost immediately turned the ball back over to Portland with an errant pass that landed somewhere in the third row.

The Rose Garden is rocking, the foundation is shaking and the Trail Blazers are leading 90 - 88.
