Portland fans and players alike expected the game to be dictated by the play of each team's backcourt and Jarrett Jack has started out on fire tonight. After forcing a turnover, the point guard nailed a jumper from the top of the key, and then fooled everyone with a beautiful fadeaway from just inside the free-throw line.

Jack leads all scorers with 8 quick points and, most importantly, the Trail Blazers lead the Raptors 16 to 10 going into the first timeout.
