Sergio just pulled down two offensive rebounds on one possession and then finally just decided to score the basket himself.

In true Sergio fashion- he split 3 defenders, twirled in air, tipped his hat, smiled for the cameras, and laid the ball in for a stylish two points.

Portland is streaking, bobbleheads are shaking, fans are screaming and we're all ready to see another Trail Blazer comeback.
