Heading into halftime, Coach Cheeks was hit with a technical for arguing with the refs. Beyond that, it's tough to say. He was livid after Travis Outlaw's offensive call was reversed into free-throws, and his temper didn't seem to settle after back-to-back possessions by the 76ers resulted in missed shots.

It seems like Coach Cheeks is used to his team drawing 31 fouls a game, like the first contest between these two teams, and his team has yet to get that kind of help tonight. So far, the teams are tied at 9 fouls apiece.
