Forward Chris Webber will not start for the 76ers after playing only 12 minutes in Philadelphia's game Tuesday. This is great news for power forward and all-star hopeful Zach Randolph. Webber has played Randolph tough in every meeting between the two teams and should be one of the first 76ers to come off the bench.

Don't forget to send in your all-star ballot. Zach Randolph definitely has all-star numbers this year, but he still needs your support if he wants to see time in Las Vegas!
