Pre-game: Lakers vs. Blazers
posted: Tuesday, April 08, 2008 at 7:01 PM

The two times a season that the Lakers grace the floor of the Rose Garden are usually two of the best games of the year. I hope tonight is no exception, for the sake of the Red and Black and their fans. The Blazers have lost five straight, which would make a win tonight extra sweet.

On the injury front, Martell Webster has been declared healthy, but he'll be unavailable for the at least the next five days due to having a catheter inserted in his leg during his examination. Joel Przybilla's hand is still broken.

We're close to tip, so let's get the starting lineups:

L.A. Lakers

10 Vlad Radmanovic
7 Lamar Odom
16 Pau Gasol
24 Kobe Bryant
2 Derek Fisher

Portland Trail Blazers

33 James Jones
12 LaMarcus Aldridge
44 Channing Frye
7 Brandon Roy
2 Steve Blake
