The Trail Blazers ran their usual pick-and-roll, with LaMarcus Aldridge setting a pick for Steve Blake at the top of the key. The pick was so perfect that Blake was wide open for a 17-foot jumper, which he hit with ease.

With 1:30 remaining in the first quarter, the Trail Blazers lead 27-22.
