The Trail Blazers were down by 17 in the second quarter. They led by seven in the third. A last-second free throw by Travis Outlaw forced overtime. An Allen Iverson shot in the final second of OT proved to be the dagger. The Trail Blazers fall to the Nuggets 105-103 in an absolute heart-breaker.

Brandon Roy led the Trail Blazers with 26 point and had seven rebounds and eight assists.

Jarrett Jack was fantastic down the stretch and finished with 17 points, nine rebounds and nine assists.

Martell Webster sparked the comeback with 15 points in the third quarter. Travis Outlaw finished with a double-double of 16 points and 10 rebounds. Steve Blake neared a double-double of his own with 11 points and nine assists.

The Nuggets were led by their two All-Star starters, Carmelo Anthony and Allen Iverson. Anthony led all players with 28 points and 15 rebounds. Iverson had 25 points, six rebounds and eight assists.

The Trail Blazers are now 27-20 on the season. They will take on the Chicago Bulls at the Rose Garden on Wednesday. Don't miss it!

Once again, poor coaching decision to leave Jack in the game with 6 turnovers. Wound up being 7! Thanks for keeping JP in the game though. Poor free throw shooting, poor execution and 60 POINTS GIVEN UP IN THE PAINT!! 21 OFFENSIVE REBOUNDS FOR DENVER. That my friends is getting our beloved team a one way ticked to...an early vacation. I am impressed with the way this team has played most of the year. However, I was at the Knicks game and it was UGLY and tonight they gave one away just like Cleveland. Too young, no rebounding, and sometimes a lack of good coaching. McMillian is good, but sometimes needs to let JJ sit (or ask to trade him) I dont care if he flirted with a triple double. Hold the ball and let them foul you and perhaps your team wins. And all of you make WAY TOO MUCH MONEY to be missing free throws like that. We also need to learn how to put a body on someone below the glass. Disappointed but definitely not driven away! Get em next time!

Hey..how about playing Josh McRob and JP together. I bet the defense doesn't get 60 points in the paint or 21 offensive rebounds! WE NEED O-D-E-N!!!!
