Halftime...
posted: Tuesday, March 20, 2007 at 8:07 PM

As the Groove Nation rocks the half-time show and the Rose Garden crowd, the Trail Blazers head to the locker room trailing by 7 points, 48 - 41.

LaMarcus Aldridge has done a nice job in the first half filling in for Zach Randolph. He has 12 points and 4 rebounds, but it's no surprise that the Trail Blazers are missing Zach's big body down low.

Even though they're facing a poor rebounding team in the Wizards, Portland only leads the category by a single rebound, 23 - 22.

Sergio Rodriguez, and his fast paced play, is a big reason why Portland has stayed close to their Eastern Conference opponent. Rodriguez has 4 points and 6 assists off the bench, but it's been Sergio's ability to spread the floor that has kept the Trail Blazers close.

Brandon Roy has struggled a little bit offensively, thanks especially to some extremely physical defense from the Wizards, but the rookie shooting guard has still managed to make his presence felt. Roy has 7 points, 9 rebounds and has also dished 3 assists.

On the other end of the floor, "Agent Zero" has already matched his production from the first game. Gilbert Arenas has 9 points, 2 rebounds and 4 assists.
