And so far the Spanish rookie is looking good. He's hitting shots and pushing the ball -- two things the Trail Blazers need.

In Jarrett's absence Rodriguez, along with Dan Dickau, figures to see much more playing time than usual, and each will no doubt be looking to show Coach McMillan they deserve to be more involved.
