Portland hitting Heat with effective double-team...

Early in the second half, Portland has made an enormous effort to take Dwayne Wade out of the game. It's almost impossible to shut him down completely, but the Trail Blazers have double-teamed the shooting guard every time he has touched the ball in the second half.

It's helped Portland extend their lead to 14 points, and kept D-Wade from scoring so far.
